Tae Kwon Do is a life long form of exercise and self-defense. Not all Martial Arts schools operate alike, so it is important to investigate our school and others to find your best fit. To help you see if our program is for you, we offer a free week of introductory classes. Classes are arranged by experience and by age, having both junior and adult classes, where students can progress at their own pace. For junior classes we emphasize the tenets of Tae Kwon Do which include courtesy, integrity, perseverence, self-control, and indomitable spirit. We instill a desire to achieve, succeed, and have fun while building life skills of high self-esteem and respect for others. The adult class focuses on lifetime fitness, making new aquaintances and friendships, and improving oneself. All classes provide you with the tools you need for self-defense. We encourage you to come and visit to see what we have to offer. Take your first step through our door and reach your goal. Whether it is to become a Black Belt, meet new people, or just improve yourself physically we have what you are looking for. Come see for yourself!
Tae Kwon Do America also offers 2 national tournaments a year and 2 regional tournaments a year. There is also a Winter Regional Camp and Black Belt Camp as well. At camps, as well as tournaments, students can build new friendships and improve themselves through healthy competition. Testings for belt promotion are held monthly so students have many opportunities to progress throughout the year. Tae Kwon Do America is a national martial arts organization with over 50 schools.
